Can You Hear Me Chief?

At the cost to taxpayers of $25,000, the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency, fossil industry shill and environmental despoiler Scott "Screw It" Pruitt had a soundproofed "privacy" booth installed in his office earlier this year. Now, the EPA's Inspector General has agreed to investigate whether the agency violated Federal laws in purchasing the booth.

A larger question is why Pruitt needs to have a soundproof booth to conduct what should be the public's business, which of course he's not conducting at all. Instead of serving the public by ensuring environmental laws are executed, he's been busy catering to his controllers in the fossil fuel and resource extraction industries and turning the clock back decades on environmental protection. Those are undoubtedly the conversations this charlatan wants to keep secret.

Nothing sez "I have lots to hide", er, ah, National Security Protection, that is, than by installing a sound proof cone of silence. These NutJobs really think they are pulling the wool... NO?? So much swamp draining!!

FM - that's right. It's a version of "consciousness of guilt."
