The sociopathic Whiner-In-Chief asked the question, and MeidasTouch answers:

Well, Trump complained that everyone likes Fauci but they don't like him and mumbled that may it was his personality. Hoo, boy, that's just a start! We hate how you look, we hate your racism, your misogyny, your cruelty, your vanity, your selfishness, your inability to govern and maybe a million other things. We also hate your stupid tiny hands, your stupid orange face and your stupid hair.
