Happy birthday (tomorrow) to British singer Florence Welch, of Florence + The Machine, who has earned Grammy nominations for Best New Artist and Best Pop Vocal Album.   With summer fading, her "Dog Days Are Over," here in an MTV Unplugged performance, seems like a good choice.  Enjoy.
