John Ellis "J.E.B." Bush's recent declaration that "I'm my own man" (contrary to observable reality) may be the 2016 campaign's equivalent to "Corporations are people, too, my friend" (also contrary to observable reality), Millionaire Mitt Romney's absurd declaration in 2012. It was hard to find a cartoonist not snarking at the line, but we settled for these two as representative (click on image to enlarge):
