Comedian Tom Delgado takes us on another light- hearted walking tour of a New York City neighborhood -- this time it's the city's hidden seaside town, City Island. Quaint village, a fishing harbor, seafood, local characters, and a Nautical Museum are all part of the little, largely unknown gem within view of Manhattan's skyscrapers (when the fog isn't in!).
