Not only is the White (supremacist) House of delusional and plainly insecure Donald "Rump" Trump engaged in "alternate facts" spewing, it looks like they're also doing a little creative enlargement of Rump's delicate hands. Compare the original Getty Images with the White House photo in this gif:
