Pillow Talk

New York Magazine is reporting that neo-fascist sociopath Donald "Rump" Trump has late night, bed time calls with sychophantic meathead and vile conspiracy pusher Sean "Heil" Hannity. According to the article:

"Their chats begin casually, with How are yous and What’s going ons. On some days, they speak multiple times, with one calling the other to inform him of the latest developments. White House staff are aware that the calls happen, thanks to the president entering a room and announcing, 'I just hung up with Hannity,' or referring to what Hannity said during their conversations, or even ringing Hannity up from his desk in their presence. [snip] 

Unlike on Fox and Friends, where Trump learns new (frequently incorrect) information, Hannity acts to transform Trump’s pervasive ambivalence into resolve by convincing him what he’s already decided he believes and what he’s decided to do is correct. After the New Year, Hannity went on air with what he said was 'breaking news': a list of Trump’s accomplishments, which scrolled by on the screen like song titles from an infomercial for Hits From the ’70s. His accomplishments included things like 'drafting a plan to defeat ISIS,' signing individual executive orders, and the separate accomplishment of having 'signed 55 executive orders.' The former White House official called the trouble caused by Hannity, and Fox more broadly, 'a fucked-up feedback loop' that puts Trump 'in a weird headspace. What ends up happening is Judge Jeanine or Hannity fill him up with a bunch of crazy shit, and everyone on staff has to go and knock down all the fucking fires they started.'"  (emphasis added)

This is what happens when an unmoored man-baby needs constant affirmation and reinforcement, but has no idea how dangerous it is to listen to equally unmoored hacks whose primary focus is on their ratings and how much outrage they can gin up among Rump's cult. Occasionally, as when Rump recently had a damaging public meltdown on the moronic Fox and Friends concerning his Stormy Daniels problem and his desire to interfere with the Mueller investigation, it's a gift to prosecutors and the normal people that oppose him. When it's a private conversation with an ignorant, malicious loon guiding Rump's actions, that's a serious danger to the nation.

The Perils Of Fox Viewing

Apparently, it wasn't enough for paranoid sociopath and pathological liar Donald "Rump" Trump to falsely accuse former President Obama of "wiretapping" his phones at Trump Tower, a claim which has now been determined by the Rethuglican and Democratic leaders of the Senate and House intelligence committees to be a lie. When Rump's pathetic designated liar, Sean "Spicy" Spicer, no doubt at Rump's direction, read a fake news story from Fux "News" buffoon "Judge" Andrew Napolitano about the British intelligence agency Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) being enlisted by Obama to wiretap the deranged Rump, you knew that feces would hit fan.

Sure enough, the GCHQ, the UK's signal intelligence organization equivalent to the National Security Agency in the U.S., fired back in a stinging rebuke to the delusional Trumpers:

"Recent allegations made by media commentator Judge Andrew Napolitano about GCHQ being asked to conduct 'wiretapping' against the then president-elect are nonsense. They are utterly ridiculous and should be ignored."

That rebuke prompted a rare apology from Rump's staff, including Spicer and new National Security Advisor H.R. McMaster. The government of the UK said that it had been assured that the allegation would not be repeated.

Napolitano claimed that "intelligence sources" had told him the GCHQ had wiretapped Trump Towers, leading one to speculate who fed him the disinformation. One likely source is the rogue group of FBI agents in the New York City office, which had spurred the late October dirty trick implying that Secretary Clinton had more damaging e-mails yet to be revealed as a result of  their investigations into slimy Anthony Weiner's e-mails. That would also implicate deranged hate goblin Rudy "Noun, Verb, 9-11" Giuliani in the false story, since he appeared to be a link between the Rump campaign and the rogue FBI officials in New York, and continues to maintain contact with them.

This should be a large red flag about Rump's ceaseless consumption of  Fux's unfiltered garbage. The common thread seems to be Fux's sources lie, then Fux lies, and then Rump lies (although we've seen that he needs no assistance in lying on his own).  Until now, it was confined to U.S. politics; now, they've falsely smeared the U.S.'s closest ally.
