In November 2020, former President Donald Trump asserted that voter fraud had altered the outcome of the 2020 presidential election. The day after the election, his campaign hired an expert in voter data to attempt to prove Trump’s allegations and put him back in the White House.

I am the expert who was hired by the Trump campaign.

The findings of my company’s in-depth analysis are detailed in the depositions taken by the Select Committee to Investigate the January 6^th Attack on the United States Capitol. The transcripts show that the campaign found no evidence of voter fraud sufficient to change the outcome of any election. That message was communicated directly to White House chief of staff Mark Meadows.

Our findings have also been subpoenaed by special counsel Jack Smith’s federal investigation and Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’ investigation in Georgia. Those emails and documents show that the voter data available to the campaign contained no evidence of large-scale voter fraud based on data mining and fraud analytics.

More important, claims of voter fraud made by others were verified as false, including proof of why those claims were disproven...  (our emphasis)

Block's op/ ed comes as the Malignant Loser once again is promoting a "report" (including a Rumble video!) compiled by some sycophants claiming to show he won swing states by hundreds of thousands of votes.  The Big Lie is the Malignant Loser's comfort animal keeping his damaged and fragile ego from facing the shattering truth about the 2020 election.  Unfortunately, it's also poisoning the body politic of the country, most notably MAGAts who already feel the Malignant Loser's victimhood as their own (see below).  The truth will never pierce that bubble;  the only antidote is keeping the poison at bay by making sure MAGAts never gain power in this country again.

 

Fox Settles Big Lie Lawsuit Out of Court

Former Fox "News" /  Tucker Carlson producer Abby Grossberg is $12 million richer after her case against the right-wing propaganda outlet was settled out of court. Grossberg had sued them for discrimination and coercion over false testimony given in the Dominion Voting Systems case. Fox was promoting the Malignant Loser's Big Lie that the 2020 election was rigged and stolen from him. Former Fox host and Putin stooge Tucker Carlson was part of Grossberg's lawsuit. The Associated Press reports:

"Grossberg said in a statement that while she stands by claims she made in her Manhattan lawsuit and another lawsuit in the Delaware State Superior Court, she was 'heartened that Fox News has taken me and my legal claims seriously. I am hopeful, based on our discussions with Fox News today, that this resolution represents a positive step by the Network regarding its treatment of women and minorities in the workplace.'

The Manhattan lawsuit claimed that Fox’s legal team 'coerced, intimidated, and misinformed' Grossberg during preparations for her testimony in a legal battle between the network and Dominion, an elections technology company. [snip]

In her federal lawsuit, Grossberg asserted that Carlson’s show had a cruel and misogynistic workplace, and that she had been pressured to give misleading testimony during a pretrial deposition in the Dominion case.

As Grossberg noted in the lawsuit, Dominion had quoted from her deposition in one of its pretrial court filings to support its position that Fox News hosts, producers and executives knew statements about the 2020 election being 'stolen' from President Donald Trump were false or recklessly disregarded the truth." Fox had to pay a staggering $787 million in damages in April for defaming Dominion Voting Systems by repeatedly broadcasting lies that the company had rigged the 2020 election in favor of President Biden. A similar lawsuit by another voting machine company, Smartmatic, is also suing Fox for $2.7 billion for defamation in relation to lies about their machines rigging the 2020 election.

Dominion Voting Systems Sues OANN, Newsmax

 

It was only a matter of time when Trumpist propaganda outlets One America News Network (OANN) and Newsmax stepped over the line in defaming the voting machine company Dominion Voting Systems, falsely spreading the lie that they rigged the voting machines in the 2020 election. Now, Dominion is suing both OANN and Newsmax for $1.6 billion each, along with other lie-spreaders former Overstock CEO Patrick Byrne and OANN shills Chanel Rion and Christina Bobb who are named in the lawsuit. The lawsuit against OANN was filed in U.S. District Court in D.C., while the Newsmax suit was filed in Superior Court for the State of Delaware. Dominion CEO John Poulos said in a statement:

“The defendants in today’s filings recklessly disregarded the truth when they spread lies in November and continue to do so today. We are filing these three cases today because the defendants named show no remorse, nor any sign they intend to stop spreading disinformation. This barrage of lies by the Defendants and others have caused — and continue to cause — severe damage to our company, customers, and employees. We have no choice but to seek to hold those responsible to account.”

This crew joins the likes of delusional crank Mike "Pillow Guy" Lindell, disgraced Trump lawyer and "stop the steal" conspirator Rudy "Toot Toot" Giuliani, Fox "News" and others facing hefty defamation suits from Dominion for lying repeatedly that Dominion's voting machines were deliberately fixed to shift votes to President Biden.
