On the heels of likely Republican nominee and neo- fascist hairball Donald "Rump" Trump's failure to disavow support from the Ku Klux Klan and other white supremacist groups (and then claiming it was due to a "bad earpiece"), Speaker of the House Paul "Lyin'" Ryan (R- Galt's Gulch) took to the podium to declare:
Today I want to be very clear about something, if a person wants to be the nominee of the Republican Party, there can be no evasion and no games, they must reject any group or cause that is built on bigotry. This party does not prey on people's prejudices. We appeal to their highest ideals. This is the party of Lincoln.Sometimes the sensory overload is too much and our bullshit detector melts down.
