We'll see if Rump implements the strategy, and if his mouthbreathing followers revolt as a result.
The con is also what the broken, Republican-wired media eats up, witness their swooning over Rump's "Presidential" persona after the New York primary, which turned out to have a shelf life of a few hours. Along with the Rethug establishment, they'd love a close race in the fall, not only to boost ratings, but because they've loathed Secretary Clinton for years and want to take her down.
