Paul Krugman's op/ed today deals with the lingering effects of a discredited philosophy--Reaganomics--and the deleterious impact it's having on the health care "debate." The current Rethug/ wingnut/ Blue Dog boogeyman of "government-controlled health care" is a direct descendant of the Reagan "government bad, unfettered free market good" trope. A good read, as usual.
