Operation Odyssey Dawn has begun, enforcing the no-fly zone over Libya authorized by the United Nations. A flotilla of 25 American, Canadian, and Italian ships have begun operations off the Libyan coast. Over 100 Tomahawk cruise missiles have been fired at Libyan air defense systems, and French warplanes have seen action over Libya.
