While the Rethuglicans do everything in their power to undermine job growth for political reasons, the employment figures out for February indicate that the economy continues to improve. The unemployment rate is now 8.9%, and the private sector added 192,000 jobs in February. Meanwhile, Rethuglicans in Congress continue to press for budget cuts that could cost the economy 700,000 jobs -- which they will then blame on the Obama Administration come 2012.
