While we were "out," Sen. John "Walnuts" McCain weighed in on the value of torture in extracting information. He should know, having been a POW in Vietnam about 40 years ago. Speaking on the Senate floor, McCain explicitly said it was not torture or "enhanced interrogation techniques" that led us to Bin Laden. In an op/ed in the Kaplan Daily (linked to in the above) he took a special shot at former Attorney General Mukasey's declaration (among other Bushie apologists and history revisionists) that torture led us to Bin Laden, quoting Mukasey's revisionism and labeling it "false."
On another McCain family front, daughter Meghan was ridiculed by Captain Asshat himself, Glenn "Boo Hoo the Hoot" Beck for a PSA she'd done about skin cancer(!) Mom Cindy also got into the free-for-all with the dimbulb. It's summed up here.
