Indie rock group Bon Iver (pronounced bone eeVAIR, after the French bon hiver/"good winter") formed several years ago in Wisconsin (bonus points). In a recent appearance on The Colbert Report, they played "Calgary" off of their just-released album, "Bon Iver."

Bon Iver played to a sold out audience here at the Mesa Arts Center. Great song.
They seem to be getting more mainstream attention. There are a lot of good indie groups that are starting to break through these days.
