Ohio State Representative Robert "Ick" Mecklenborg (R-Hornytown) has been a staunch legislator for restricting the rights of voters in Ohio, specifically for requiring a state-issued photo ID to vote. Many minority and young voters rely on public transportation (or their feet) and don't have a driver's license. Not coincidentally, these same voters tend to vote overwhelmingly for Democrats. How convenient!
Well, it appears that Ick was arrested in April for DUI, with a 20-something girl in his car and Viagra in his system. But it's OK, Ick is a Rethuglican, so he gets to stay in office. Rethug family values: never having to say you're sorry.
