Wherein Rethug Gov. and future hair care product spokesperson Rick "Hair" Perry finds a sophomoric way not to answer to why he said Social Security was unconstitutional (!). This may be the Hair campaign's best tactic to keep Hair's foot from becoming permanently stuck in his big mouth.
