Rethug crackpot Virginia Attorney General Ken "Chooch" Cuccinelli (Secessionist-VA) had his suit challenging the Affordable Care Act ("Obamacare") tossed out on its sorry ass today by the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals. The court ruled that Chooch didn't have standing to sue (we suspect Chooch hasn't had anything "standing" in some time now). Nice waste of taxpayers money to satisfy the monomania of this teahadist nitwit.
