Maybe cardboard pizza man and Rethuglican front-runner Herman "Herb" Cain is just preoccupied with spinning his version of the sexual harassment story, or how he managed to violate campaign finance laws. But he should know that China has had nuclear weapons for almost 50 years for God's sake. Here's some of his recent wisdom on the subject:
