Better Late Than Never

Former Rethuglican Governor of Utah and Ambassador to China Jon Huntsman has been blasting his party in recent appearances. He had some choice words for his party's lack of ideas beyond "cut taxes for the wealthy":
"Gone are the days when the Republican Party used to put forward big, bold, visionary stuff. I think we're going to have problems politically until we get some sort of third-party movement or some alternative voice out there that can put forward new ideas."
As a result of that statement, Huntsman was disinvited to a Rethuglican National Committee event. His response to that? "This is what they do in China on party matters if you talk off script." Exactly.
