Fetch The Smelling Salts!!

Ever since President Obama made some comments on Monday about the Supreme Court and the Affordable Care Act, the right wing has been getting the vapors over his statement that conservatives like judicial activism when it suits their agenda. But there's a long history of Rethuglican commentary on "unelected activist judges" going against the "will of the people," including former President St. Ronnie of Hollywood and his administration. Then there's this item from the linked article:
"Over two decades ago, a young government lawyer named John Roberts tried—and failed—to convince the Reagan Justice Department to endorse a number of radical legislative proposals that would strip the federal courts of jurisdiction to hear cases concerning such issues as school prayer, school busing, and abortion."
Can you smell the hypocrisy?
