Ever since President Obama made some comments on Monday about the Supreme Court and the Affordable Care Act, the right wing has been getting the vapors over his statement that conservatives like judicial activism when it suits their agenda. But there's a long history of Rethuglican commentary on "unelected activist judges" going against the "will of the people," including former President St. Ronnie of Hollywood and his administration.
