Obamacare Generating Rebates for Consumers

Beyond the money Obamacare will save Medicare, the Kaiser Family Foundation is reporting that Obamacare (the Affordable Care Act) will result in $1.3 billion in rebates to consumers from insurers by August, thanks to a provision in the act requiring that insurers spend 80 or 85 percent of earnings from premiums on health care and rebate earnings over and above that percentage to consumers.

As the advantages of Obamacare to average Americans begin to be felt, it would be "nice" if they were touted by the Administration and every Democrat at every opportunity. The "mainstream media?" That would be too much to hope for; facts aren't as exciting as conflict.
