A new USA Today/Gallup poll shows a big gender gap between President Obama and presumed Rethuglican nominee and three dollar bill Willard "Etch-A-Sketch" Romney among women in the top 12 battleground states by a huge 18 point margin.
The Rethuglican id can't help talking about transvaginal probes and restrictions on contraception -- not to mention cuts in education and child care programs -- when they're with the wingnut faithful at party rallies. They back track when they sense that the majority of the public is listening to their radical, unacceptable ideas. It didn't work this time, and the poll numbers are indicating it. If these numbers among women hold, it's very bad news for the Rethugs in November.
