After a painstaking count of ballots in Florida's 18th Congressional District, the Florida Secretary of State declared Democrat Patrick Murphy the victor over radical wing nut incumbent Allen "Commies in Congress" West. However, after failing in court to get an injunction and after the State of Florida has officially certified Murphy the winner, crackpot West won't concede. In a sign of his deep delusion, he wants the State to reexamine the early voting ballots for "double counting."
It's worth remembering that West was drummed out of the Army after narrowly avoiding court marshall for mistreatment of Iraqi detainees. His wild statements are a matter of record, and he's positioned himself at the far, far right fringes of American politics. Congress is well rid of this loon.
