Oklahoma Rethuglican Sen. Tom "Golden Rule" Coburn is saying that disaster relief to his own state should be offset by cuts elsewhere in the Federal budget.  Seriously.  He's apparently catching hell from his constituents, but since he's retiring at the end of this term, he doesn't give a flea's feces.

The one thing you can say about this jackass is that he's consistent:  he's tried to tie disaster relief with budget cuts many times.

BONUS:  In stark contrast, Oklahoma City Thunder superstar Kevin Durant has donated $1 million to the Red Cross for disaster relief.  That's class.
