The Rethuglican War on Women, Cont.

The war on women comes home... to a Rethuglican woman - Maine Sen. Susan Collins:
A participant in a conference call sponsored by the Tea Party Wednesday night said the best way to get Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME) to listen to her constituents on the immigration reform issue would be to "shoot her," according to ThinkProgress.
Spoken like a member of a true "social welfare organization," all right!

On Fox Bidness an assembly of right-wing male Rethugs was on hand to discuss the recent Pew study showing that American women were the sole or primary breadwinners in 40% of families. The result?  That squishing sound you hear is that of Red State's Erick "Son of Erick the Halfwit" Erickson stepping in it:
"When you look at biology, look at the natural world, the roles of a male and a female in society, and other animals, the male typically is the dominant role. The female, it's not antithesis, or it's not competing, it's a complementary role. We as people in a smart society have lost the ability to have complementary relationships in nuclear families, and it's tearing us apart."
"We as people in a smart society..."  Don't speak for yourself (or those around you), quarter-wit dillweed.
