Oklahoma's nitwit Rethuglican Senator, James "Inbred" Inhofe is suggesting that somehow the Federal aid needed by his state after the deadly tornado is different from aid provided to Sandy victims. Ironically, several billion in emergency aid appropriated for Sandy relief (which he voted against) is still available, and that's where Inhofe wants to grab.
