Texas's Rethuglican Governor and future Just For Men spokesman Rick "Oops" Perry continues to demonstrate that, if gunpowder were brains, he wouldn't have enough to pop his eardrums. His latest "oops" moment was speaking to a right-wing group in Lousiana, and believing he was in Florida. "You're in Louisiana" shouts an audience member (start at roughly 1:15 in the clip, if you don't want to wade through Oops' bull about how great the Stupid Party is). Watch and chuckle:
