Sunday Football Funnies

Pressure is mounting on the Washington Redskins to change their offensive name, but as long as greedhead and owner Little Danny Snyder has his way, that won't happen.   Why not keep the Native American symbol, but go with a name like the "Buckskins,"  as a reference to the clothing that both Native Americans and frontiersmen wore.  They'd still be referred in shorthand as the 'Skins, and (of most interest to Little Danny) sales of the new paraphernalia (caps, jerseys, etc.) would bring in huge revenues.
