He changed laws, but he also changed hearts.”  -- President Obama, speaking in South Africa at today's memorial for the late Nelson Mandela.  Leaders from around the world -- including former Presidents Bush, Clinton and Carter -- are paying tribute to the iconic liberator of South Africa.  Mandela's burial will be on December 15 in his family's village.
