Zingers and Wingers

Last night's Nerd Prom (a.k.a., the White House Correspondents' Association Dinner) lived down to expectations as the Beltway Village turned out with their celebrity dates in tow.  Few escaped roasting, but we thought one of the better lines was delivered by President Obama, joking about the criticism on the Fux Network over his appearance on the comedy show "Between Two Ferns":  "To be fair, I am not the first person on television between two potted plants, " the President said, pointing to to a photo of "Fox & Friends'" Elisabeth Hasselbeck seated between her co-hosts Steve Doocy and Brian Kilmeade.
