"Establishment" Rethug Wins In MS

When the votes from the very nasty Mississippi Rethuglican primary were counted last night, ancient incumbent Sen. Thad "Thaddeus the Aged" Cochran, had narrowly defeated upstart teabagger candidate Chris "Paparazzi" McDaniel thanks in part to crossover votes from Dems, who had been courted by Cochran.  The elderly Cochran was also supported by a nervous Rethug "establishment" including former Rethug National Committee chairman Haley Barbour and Arizona Sen. John "Bomb Bomb Bomb" McCain.  McDaniel won notoriety when one of his ardent supporters secretly photographed Cochran's bedridden wife in a nursing home.

To no one's surprise, McDaniel is refusing to concede, vowing to fight on and alleging "irregularities" (<cough  black voters cough>) at the polling stations (Pause with us to savor the delicious irony of a Rethug complaining about a fellow Rethug's shenanigans at the polls).  Some angry teatards are vowing to sit out the November elections in protest of Cochran's victory (Please, please, please!).   The saga continues.

BONUS:  The tea baggers are having an epic pants-wetting.   Infamy!  Treachery!  Comedy!
