He also noted that the latest Rethuglican tactic is to appropriate Democratic themes like addressing "income inequality." He called attempts by the Rethugs to claim to be the party of the middle class "bamboozling." We would use a less polite word also beginning in "b."
BONUS BAMBOOZLING QUOTE: Referring to the asinine claim from Senate Majority Leader Mitch "Missy" McConnell after the election last November:
"As he [McConnell] was coming in, after having tried to block every single thing that we had done to strengthen the economy, starts looking at the jobs numbers and says, 'You know, it's getting better because we just got elected and people are feeling more optimistic.' I didn't know that's how the economy worked."
