Throw Him An Anchor

Failed Louisiana Governor and amateur exorcist Piyush "Bobby" Jindal likes to tell his story about being a son of immigrants from India, while blasting immigration policy and trying to get to the right of Donald "Rump" Trump on the issue.  Except now the immigration issue's a problem for him, given the rising nativist bigotry in his party. Yesterday, he was at a sparsely attended meet-and-greet in Iowa, and after telling the story of his mother coming to the U.S. five months pregnant with him, an audience member rose and asked, "Did I hear you say you were an anchor baby?"  To which Piyush could only answer lamely, "No, no I'm not."

The unpopular Louisiana Governor wouldn't win an election in his state today, and he won't win any primaries or caucuses. But he's won our award for the Biggest Hypocrite on Immigration.
