Last night was Jon Stewart's finale as host of "The Daily Show." Among the many performers showing up to see him off was fellow Jerseyite and pal Bruce Springsteen, who performed this wonderfully apt song as a farewell salute. This is a great live version recorded at Madison Square Garden in 2000, and released as part of a live album in 2001. So, thanks for the great ride, Jon. Now let's all board this train, bound for the "Land of Hope and Dreams:"
