Great Moments In Republican Rhetoric, Ethnic Cleansing Edition

Yesterday's rally and Q&A session featuring birther narcissist Donald "Rump" Trump and a deranged audience in New Hampshire produced this ugly moment with a fan of his:
Lunatic in the audience: "We have a problem in this country. It's called Muslims. You know our current president is one. You know he's not even an American. Anyway, we have training camps growing where they want to kill us. That's my question: When can we get rid of them?"

Rump's answer: "We're going to be looking at a lot of different things. You know, a lot of people are saying that and a lot of people are saying that bad things are happening. We're going to be looking at that and many other things."  (emphasis added)
Rump's refusal to respond to the debunked -- but, among Rethuglicans, widely held -- belief that President Obama is a Muslim foreign national is par for the Rump course.  But the new element is the proto-genocidal comment that we should "get rid of" American Muslims. At a time when the Rethug base views rounding up and transporting over 11 million undocumented Hispanic immigrants as perfectly acceptable, this new call for ethnic cleansing of a religious minority from a deranged Rump supporter and Rump's pandering to him should deeply offend any decent person.
