In an interview yesterday with CNN, former half-term Alaska Gov. and full-time grifter Sarah "Winky" Palin says she might want to be Donald "Rump" Trump's Secretary of Energy:
"I think a lot about the Department of Energy. And if I were head of that, I'd get rid of it."Because there's no actual job that Winky won't quit. Also, Winky's grasp of the job (held since 2009 by two physicists, first by Dr. Steven Chu and currently by Dr. Ernest Moniz) is somewhat rudimentary, as evident from her word salad explanation:
"….energy is my baby, oil and gas and minerals, those things that God has dumped on this part of the earth for mankind's use instead of us relying on unfriendly foreign nations, for us to import their -- their resources."Not to mention DOE maintains our nuclear arsenal, and conducts cutting-edge energy research, among other complex work. Also, no "drill, baby, drill?" Winky, you're slipping.
