Unquestionably the most vile "truthers" to emerge recently have been those that have claimed that the massacre of 20 small children at Sandy Hook Elementary in December, 2012 was a "hoax," perpetrated by the families in a conspiracy with the Obama Administration eager to pass gun control legislation. One supremely despicable Sandy Hook "truther," a dirtbag by the name of James Tracy, a media professor (!?!?) at Florida Atlantic University, actually wrote the parents of one of the victims to demand proof that their child was actually theirs, and harassed them repeatedly.
It's hard to imagine a more depraved person than this sick creature, and Florida Atlantic finally, belatedly, dismissed him from his position effective this Friday. It begs the question of how a stone-cold sociopath like this would pass any reasonable background check or cursory mental health evaluation by a university hiring someone to teach there. Perhaps there need to be some additional dismissals at FAU.
