Casino mogul and stunt double for Yoda Sheldon "Smelly Shelly" Adelson has announced he's ready to throw vast sums of his gambling wealth at neo-fascist demagogue Donald "Rump" Trump's campaign. Smelly Shelly, who has been accused of violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act over his dealings with Chinese officials in Macao, could spend up to $100 million to put the choice of white supremacists in the White House. Speaking of white supremacists, there's no word yet on their reaction to Smelly Shelly's endorsement of Der Trumpenfuhrer, but we would guess it's not going to be mazel tov. Rump, however, was most appreciative of his fellow gambling mogul's endorsement, saying in one of his Twitter excretions yesterday that it was an "incredible honor" to receive Smelly Shelly's endorsement, someone whom Rump said he has "tremendous respect for."
Smelly Shelly squandered an equivalent sum in 2012 by backing failed candidate Willard "Mittens" Romney, so he may want to check his oddsmakers on this latest gamble. What is clear is that Rump's oft-repeated statement that he can't be bought because he's self-financing his campaign is no longer true, but something that Rump will still lie to his deranged flock about.
