Is Dumbya Hitting The Bottle?
Watch this vid of him at yesterday's memorial in Dallas, and you be the judge:
He's either tipsy or on meds. Good to know how much he respected the solemnity of the occasion. Mrs. Dumbya looks ready to clobber him and a nervously smiling President and Mrs. Obama can't seem to believe what they're seeing.

I don't know if he is drinking, but he certainly confirms his continuing lack of appropriateness. He should have stayed home painting his masterpieces - was that cats or dogs??? P.E.C.
