For more than an hour yesterday, sociopathic liar-in-chief Donald "Rump" Trump sprewed a series of lies, false accusations, derogatory comments and nonsense at his "press conference." Outside of his loyal-to-the-end base, the reactions were those of shock and renewed concern about Rump's stability. Here are some voices on Twitter:
"He should do this with a therapist, not on live television." -- GOP senator to @JohnKingCNN in reaction to Trump's press conference— Brian Fallon (@brianefallon) February 16, 2011
The story ISN'T the press conference. It isn't his attack on the press. It's that Trump has no problem w/ Flynn talking sanctions w/ Russia.— Glenn Thrush (@GlennThrush) February 16, 2017
Trump on leaks "all of a sudden people are finding out exactly what took place."— Jonathan Chait (@jonathanchait) February 16, 2017
Is he supposed to admit that?

Shorter Trump Press Conference: It's not my shit sandwich. Obama left the shit sandwich. I make the best sandwich. You hate me.— Jacob Weisberg (@jacobwe) February 17, 2017
I've never been to Russia and there is no such place as Russia and I only went there for a peepee party.— Josh Barro (@jbarro) February 16, 2017
And about the laughable statement that his administration is operating "like a fine-tuned machine" there's this

BONUS: John Cassidy at The New Yorker has a good take on the "alternative reality" press conference (which comports with the article's accompanying photo below):
When he walked out of the room, some of his aides appeared to be delighted. Rush Limbaugh, another Palm Beach resident who has made his career by going loco on the mainstream media, was busy hailing what he had just seen. In parts of Trumpland, then, this was seen as a big win. Practically everywhere else, the reaction was: Wow! He really is a nut. (our emphasis)
