Federal Judge: Trump Incited Violence At Rally
The Federal District judge for Western Kentucky has ruled that a lawsuit accusing reckless sociopath Donald "Rump" Trump of inciting violence at a rally may proceed. Judge David Hale ruled that in a rally in Louisville, KY in March, 2016, Rump's exhortation to his angry supporters to "get them out of here" was an incitement to violence against three protestors who filed the suit against Rump and several of the white nationalist thugs who attacked them. The judge noted that the violence began immediately after Rump told the crowd to remove the protesters, who were attacked by three defendants who are members of white supremacist groups. The suit by the three plaintiffs requests unspecified monetary damages. Judge Hale referred the suit to a magistrate judge for further action.
