Weekend Glass Music


Philip Glass is one of the most influential composers of the last century. In 1985, he composed the music for "Mishima: A Life In Four Chapters," a film by Paul Schrader. His "Mishima/Closing" is, in our opinion, one of his most beautiful, haunting works (a big h/t to our Silver Spring Bureau Chief and musical curator Brian). It's so lovely, in fact, we'd like you to experience the versions both for string quartet and for piano.
