There are currently three category 4+ Atlantic hurricanes simultaneously for the first time in recorded history: Irma, Jose and Katia. That follows the devastating category 5 Hurricane Harvey that slammed Texas days ago. Let's not even include the catastrophic wildfires in the drought-stricken west, consuming over a million acres in Montana, Idaho, Oregon, Washington and California. So what message does EPA Administrator and climate change denier Scott "Screw It" Pruitt send? It's insensitive to talk about climate change now. When is it not insensitive, Screw It?
2. Counter-point: Ignoring climate change and it's impact on extreme weather is v insensitive to people of Florida https://t.co/mrO9unkaqv— Judd Legum (@JuddLegum) September 8, 2017
