Foreign leaders know that to get narcissistic f*cking moron Donald "Rump" Trump on their side, they lay on the pomp and circumstance, complete with red carpets and big parades. They know he's very easily played in that way because of his emotional neediness and mental instability. Rump is also no champion of American values, as he showed in meetings with the Phillippines' autocrat Rodrigo Duterte:"
