"Executive Time" Is Pajama Time

For someone who is the poorest model of good work habits, there's reporting that unfit sociopath Donald "Rump" Trump has shortened his schedule so that he can fit in more time watching TV, tweeting and making phone calls from the White (Supremacist) House residence in the morning. Previously, Rump has been reported to watch at least 4 and up to 8 hours of TV per day, raising questions about what "work" he actually does. Now, Rump's day typically begins at 11 a.m. with briefings tailored to his minimum level of comprehension and interest (and including copious boldfaced mentions of him to keep his interest).

That Rump now defines additional hours in the morning of TV watching and tweeting from his bedroom as "executive time" shouldn't surprise anyone who has noted that he's spent significant parts of 88 days (and counting) golfing. He must need that additional down time after the strenuous work of undermining the Constitution and our institutions.

BONUS:  Here's how one Tuesday's schedule shook out --

    8 a.m. to 11 a.m.: Executive time
11 a.m.: Meeting with Chief of Staff
    11:30 a.m.: Executive time
    12:30 p.m.: Lunch
    1:30 p.m.: Executive time
2:45 p.m.: Meeting with National Security Adviser
    3:30 p.m.: Executive time
3:45 p.m.: Meeting with head of presidential personnel
    4:15 p.m.: End of day

He's a Man Baby.
