No, the headline doesn't refer to the nor'easter bearing down on New England today. Stormy Daniels (a.k.a. Stephanie Clifford) is suing degenerate sociopath Donald "Rump" Trump over the non-disclosure agreement regarding their affair in 2006 - 2007 which her lawyers say is void because he never signed it. Rump's lawyer / fixer Michael Cohen had paid Daniels $130,000 out of his own funds to secure her commitment not to go public with her affair with Rump before the election. According to the lawsuit:
"Despite Mr. Trump's failure to sign the Hush Agreement, Mr. Cohen proceeded to cause $130,000.00 to be wired to the trust account of Ms. Clifford's attorney. He did so even though there was no legal agreement and thus no written nondisclosure agreement whereby Ms. Clifford was restricted from disclosing the truth about Mr. Trump."The lawsuit was filed in Superior Court for the State of California in Los Angeles (copy here), and you have to chuckle at the pseudonyms that were used on Rump's behalf ("Donald J. Trump a.k.a. David Dennison"), very much like a court filing in an organized crime case where the mobsters all have aliases.
We're predicting two things: one, lawyer / fixer Cohen will never see his $130,000 reimbursed by con man deadbeat Rump, and two, Stormy will continue to stir up wind and waves in Trumpworld.
BONUS: Esquire's Charles Pierce explains how Ms. Daniels/Clifford is a symbol for all those that Rump has cheated and conned.
BONUS II: Tengrain at Mock Paper Scissors explains why this is an unwinnable scenario for Rump.
BONUS III: As the estimable Infidel753 notes in the comments, there may be "dick pics" from Rump (throwing up in mouth). We're going to need magnifying glasses.....
