Neo-fascist demagogue Donald "Rump" Trump fancies himself a "ruler" or "king", so when he saw the annual Bastille Day parade last year in Paris, brimming with military hardware, he just had to have the same to prop up his damaged ego. The Pentagon has been planning for a Veteran's Day parade in Washington, DC, but has had to exclude tanks and other tracked vehicles so as not to damage Washington's streets. Rump will no doubt pitch a tantrum over the exclusion, and now that the word is out, may see it as an affront. The spectacle of America throwing a totalitarian or banana republic-style parade for its glorious leader tells you all you need to know about the unfit buffoon in the White (Supremacist) House.
UPDATE: Rump's self-indulgent parade will cost $30 million, enough to feed the 40,000 homeless vets. Think about those priorities.

A slap in the face to every veteran. That money could have been put to good use by giving our vets the health care, housing and rehabilitation they deserve. Instead, we have to watch this fucking nitwit stand like Mussolini watching his troups go by. It's degrades and insults every member of our Armed Forces.
Amen, Diva! Every time this parade nonsense comes up, my outrage meter zooms to eleventy. There is no excuse for this type of grotesque waste of time and money, just to humor the shriveled soul of a vainglorious potato head.
