No doubt you've heard about yesterday's marches involving
In Austin, TX, last month's March For Our Lives event drew thousands of people, while roughly 200 demonstrated yesterday at the state capitol. The same scene repeated in Boston, where thousands marched for gun safety last month, and less than 100 showed up yesterday. As for the low turnout, Stephen Fasshauer, the Boston event's PR contact, explained, "it's an outreach failure." Outreach? Maybe it's more the insane message, as exemplified by lunatic Dave Kopacz, who spoke at the Boston demonstration:
Local police and the FBI should keep an eye on this and other unhinged gun nuts. They're massacres waiting to happen.“'The Second Amendment in my opinion and the opinion of many is for killing tyrants! It’s about defending this country and this people and this land against an overly aggressive government. It’s about time we start talking this way. When they say, ‘Do you need an AR-15 to kill deer?’ you say, ‘No!' he yelled.
'It’s for killing tyrants!'
When asked to name the tyrants, Kopacz said it was too long of a list. 'I don’t think it would be fair to name a few, there are many of them,' he said, adding that the list included elected officials." (emphasis added)
