Weekend Almost Blue Song

The late jazz trumpeter and vocalist Chet Baker recorded the Elvis Costello composition "Almost Blue" in 1987.  In composing the song, Costello had been inspired by a Baker version of the 1931 jazz/ R & B classic, "The Thrill Is Gone."  So, this is something of a homage to a homage.  One hundred and nine (109) days until the mid- terms.  Almost blue.
